Returns Policy

We really hope you’re 100% happy with your purchase — we want you to love our products as much as we do.

If our numbers don’t suit your space, you’ve had a change of heart, they’ve arrived damaged, or you simply don’t love them — no problem at all. We believe returns should be straightforward.

To give you extra time to decide, we’ve extended our returns window to 30 days from the date of delivery for all unused items.

Please note that returns are at the buyer’s cost. We recommend using a trackable postal service such as Royal Mail or FedEx to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Returns Procedure

1. Email us at jing@allab.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Package your return securely, ensuring all items are in their original and unused condition.
4. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
